Login to your Carbon Saver User Area

In this article you will find all the information to create your account on the Carbon Saver application, log in or recover your password.

Access the Carbon Saver web application

👉 Good to know: You can connect with your smartphone to the Carbon Saver app from a simple web browser by visiting www.carbon-saver.com.

🖥️ The web application is also accessible on Desktop (desktop screen) and Laptop (laptop) in addition to your smartphone.

  1. Visit www.carbon-saver.com
  2. Click on the "Access the application" button on the top right of the site or go to https://app.carbon-saver.com if you are already a user.
  3. You are redirected to the application's login window where you can identify yourself or register (see next steps)

Create an account for free.

If you are a new user, you can create an account and access your Carbon Saver user area in just a few clicks. All you have to do is :

  1. Click on the Free Registration link located at the top of the login window on the URL https://app.carbon-saver.com
  2. Fill in your name, first name and email address (valid)
  3. Create and confirm your password
  4. Validate by clicking on the "Register for free" button
  5. You are redirected to the home page of your user space.

Connect with LinkedIn or Google

You do not need to create a Carbon Saver account to access the mobile site. You can connect via your LinkedIn account or your Google account. To do this you can:

  1. In the connection window on the URL https://app.carbon-saver.com
  2. Click on : "Connect with LinkedIn" or "Connect with Google" below the form.
  3. Connect to your LinkedIn or Google account with your usual login and password.
  4. An authorization window appears.
  5. Allow Carbon Saver to use the email associated with your LinkedIn account by clicking the "Allow" button (You can stop this synchronization in LinkedIn or Google preferences at any time).
  6. You are redirected to the home page of your user space.

Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. You can generate a new one from the Carbon Saver login window. Simply :

  1. Go to the login window on the URL https://app.carbon-saver.com
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password" link below the form.
  3. Enter the email address that was used to create the account.
  4. Click on "Submit".
  5. If the address exists, you will receive an email to reset your password.
  6. You just have to follow the procedure indicated on this email.
